The Bridge Youth Project's story

The Bridge Youth Project helps young people struggling with their mental health and wellbeing. They received a three-year grant to support their core activities and expand their mentoring services in the face of increasing demand.

Young Melksham's story

Young Melksham is a youth group that encourages youth aspiration and achievement. They received a grant to run a training programme for young people to become young leaders and to gain qualifications to support their future employability.

Mary and David Holder Fund

David Holder was already familiar with our work thanks to his previous role as Treasurer. It was this, and the inspiration he got from hearing another donor speak passionately about the importance of our endowment, which motivated him to set up a fund in memory of his wife Mary.

South West Enterprise Fund

Nick Robinson is one of the founders of the South West Enterprise Fund, which aims to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds a helping hand with starting or developing their own business. He says working with Wiltshire Community Foundation has been the most effective way of reaching those who need his help the most.

The Chickpea + Friends Fund

Ethan Davids is Managing Director of Chickpea Group, which owns a number of country pubs with rooms, and a standalone pizza shop in Wiltshire. He set up the Chickpea + Friends Fund with us as he wanted to change the way his business delivered its charitable giving.
