Community Foundation grants
Charities and voluntary organisations in Wiltshire & Swindon know the Community Foundation is easily accessible, responsive and reliable at a time when funding for small local projects is getting harder and harder to find. We understand the problems faced by smaller grass-roots groups and aim to offer help where it is most needed.
As we are local, we can help with problems and with ideas for development and we regularly put groups in touch with other organisations that can offer specialist advice or assistance.
This is why the Community Foundation’s grants programmes are playing an increasingly vital role in our communities and making a huge difference to the lives of people in most need in Wiltshire & Swindon.
Most of the grants we offer range in size from £50 to £10,000 and are awarded for up to three years. Our primary focus is on the disadvantaged. We manage a number of different grants programmes and we can provide access to a range of funds.

It would be great to think that all those people who are in a position to forego part or all of their own winter fuel payment could join this great scheme and spread a little warmth”.
